- Imagine this. You work in HR at a startup company. Typically, startups don't go into business because they're experts in HR. So you think you might need a little help in this area. Friends have told you they have used an HR vendor to help with some of the burden. You turn to vendors to help you out. Now, there's several times when it might be appropriate to hire vendors. Let's talk about what some of these are. A startup company may need to hire a vendor to assist with starting a business, and creating a business plan to succeed. Vendors can greatly assist startups with outsourced accountants to help with the business plan managing initial startup capital funds. They could even help with deciding which business entity to pick.
