I think some of the early warning signs that someone's life is getting out of balance first of all are physical. Perhaps they're staying up late. They're feeling like they're running out of energy. They're just starting to just lose control over how balanced they are physically. Also, warning signs can come from friends and family members, people who might say. "Hey, you look like you need to take a break. "You're not doing well or perhaps "we haven't seen enough of you." The tendency of most people though is to plow past those warning signs that their body and other people are giving them, but in order to maintain balance, you really want to listen to those warning signs.
Slow down. Pull out your calendar. See if there are some things that you can get rid of, and get more balance in your life.
