- Hi, I'm Dave Crenshaw, and this is Time Management Fundamentals. In this course I'll lay the groundwork to help you manage your time simply and effectively and become more productive in the process. We'll start by exploring the three principles of productivity, space, mind, and time. I'll walk you through the process of identifying and managing these three principles in your life. We'll cover how to have a more organized workspace. I'll also demonstrate how to manage email in a way that automatically applies these time management principles.
And finally, I'll show you how to create structure in your week to make the most of your time. We'll be covering all these concepts, plus plenty of other tools and techniques to maximize your precious hours over the course of Time Management Fundamentals.
