My name is Steven Brown, and I have managed business improvement projects around the world for over 20 years, and I have taught Lean Six Sigma topics in the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. In this course, I'll teach you how Lean principles and tools can help reduce waste, and speed up processes.
