- Once you know your strengths, then your duty…as a great team member is to use them.…Volunteer for anything that you can contribute towards.…What are the challenges that your team is facing…at the moment, and how can you help with these?…Also, looking at it the other way around,…what are you good at, and when can you volunteer…to do those things?…If you find this question difficult,…then there are a couple of things you can do.…First, you could ask your colleagues…what you can best contribute to,…and hope that there isn't a long silence…as they scratch their chins.…

- Develop skills for better communication and trust.
