Join Doug Rose for an in-depth discussion in this video Using the exercise files, part of Managing Project Communication.
There are several files that are included in this course. There is a course map, a sample audience list, and stakeholder register. These files should be very helpful, so please feel free to use them as part of the course. The map is useful to see how different lessons fit into the overall course. It will help you stay oriented. You should print out the map and keep it next to you, while you go through the lessons. The map starts at the top left corner and takes you all the way through the communication management process, from top to bottom.
You should keep the map handy if you view the lessons out of order. The sample audience list and stakeholder register are in Microsoft Word format. So please feel free to edit and use them in your organization. All the documents are available as an Adobe Acrobat file. If it isn't already installed on your computer you can download it for free from Adobe's website. Then you should be able to read and print out the files without purchasing any new software.
