I certainly have, and when that happens I can't help but wonder why I'm sitting through a presentation when I could easily read the information on my own, and much more quickly, at that. That frustration I'm describing is the last thing your team wants your audience to experience during your presentation. Slides have become so ubiquitous with presentations that people often start creating a slide deck without ever asking themselves why they're using slides in the first place. Start your team's visual aid preparation by considering what are the best visuals you can incorporate to help the audience understand what you're saying.
