- I think we can all agree that teams would be more productive if we had a little more interpersonal understanding and a little less friction. One of the keys to making this happen is understanding your personality and the personalities of the other members of your team. We're all born with a different personality. You can think of personality as your standard way of thinking and behaving. There are many types of personality traits, some of which you've probably heard of. For example, introversion versus extroversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and neuroticism. For a team to mesh interpersonally, people need to have a decent appreciation for different personalities. Here's the thing.
