- This is the tweak it chapter. Let's get started by going back to the work life fit skill set continuum. If you remember, there are two sections to the continuum. There's the tweak it practice where most of us will spend most of our time managing our work life fit. And then there are the formal resets, which we will get to later. In this next section of the course we are gonna talk about the tweak it practice. I'm going to tee it up and tell it where it came from because you might find that interesting. And then we're gonna go through the steps of the simple weekly 20 minute practice that you'll follow and ultimately we'll leave you with some get started steps.
