- I love reducing paper in my office, so much that I even wrote the course Going Paperless: from Start to Finish. There I explore every aspect of a paperless system, from useful apps to organizing virtual files. While I'll mention a few of the concepts involved in going paperless in this movie, my paperless course goes much more in depth. Even with a strong paperless system though, paper comes into our lives every day. And to be as efficient as possible, it helps to have a system for converting the important documents to virtual. The first step in managing flow for paperless storage is to determine what types of paper you receive, and how you want to store them.
