And I'm absolutely thrilled now to introduce to you our guest teacher, former Marine turned yoga instructor, Rudy Mettia. Rudy, it's so great to have you here. - Absolutely, I'm so happy to be part of the lesson. Thank you so much. - So, you and I first connected as student and teacher. And I fell in love with you. You've just been the most amazing yoga teacher to me. But in the process, I also learned about your life. And it was a hard life. You lost your mom when you were three months old. Your dad when you were nine years old. You were brought up in foster homes in North Carolina. You joined the Marines. You've had practically every job under the sun from bartender to policeman to bouncer. And then you became a yoga teacher. - Yeah, it's a long trip isn't it? And thank goodness. I hate to say this.
