Repairing a damaged relationship
Maintaining positive relationships is always your goal, but sometimes it does become difficult. Once in a while, a relationship becomes damaged. There are many ways this can happen. You can inadvertently upset someone with one of your comments or decisions. You can have a good, old-fashioned disagreement that angers everyone involved, and other times, well, sometimes people just don't like each other. Many times you won't feel compelled to address the damaged relationship, but if it's important to your professional future you have to.
