Reduce stress
- A big cause of unhappiness, which ideally we would reduce, is stress. So in this video, I want to ask you, "What are your biggest sources of stress, "and how can you reduce them?" Now, the biggest causes of stress in our overall lives are moving house and changing job, and those two things often happen at the same time, but thankfully, they are quite rare. So for most of us, it's the small stuff that is the most common cause of a feeling of stress in our day-to-day lives. So here is a list of the 10 things which might be adding to your day to day stress levels and which you could do something about. Maybe have a pen and paper ready so that you can make a note of any stress-reduction thoughts that you have as I go through my 10 suggestions. My first is deadlines coming up, and you're worrying about whether you're going to be able to achieve them.
