- Have you ever heard someone speak and their words don't seem to match their body language? For example, your boss telling you "my door's always open", but saying it while her arms are crossed. It sends a mixed message and you're more likely to believe her body language rather than her words. Being aware of what your physical expressions are saying is essential for good communication in relationships. So, in this video, we'll discuss the meanings of your body language so you can make sure your words and your body are sending the same message.
