The second step in this defining who your ideal audience is. If you don't know who your customer is or who you're trying to reach, stop now and figure that out. You have to know it, most businesses or non profits or organizations of any size should already have an understanding of this. Now in our fictitious case here, the Landon Hotel, they appeal to an affluent traveler. Somebody who likes, to travel. They like to feel pampered a little bit. But they also like to have that local flavor when they're there. They like to experience things outside the hotel. So it's an interesting mix. So you want to sit down and think about that. Okay, we've got this affluent traveler, what are they like, what other things do they do? What do they do when they travel? Maybe what sort of music do they listen to?
