- So, in this course I've covered a whole lot of techniques for avoiding problems. And you can use it to help you to solve a particular type of problem that you're experiencing. But additionally, I thought it'd be useful to put all the techniques in time order, so that you can see how you can use each one as you go through your project planning and then implementation. By the way, I've included this as a downloadable summary sheet which is included in the exercise files that come with this course. The order of activities for planning and implementing a project is as follows. And this process is explained in detail in my other project management course, which is about a simplified process for planning your projects.
