- If there's one thing I want you to take away from this course, it's this. Customer service isn't rocket science. It's about doing the simple things right, and being consistent in your actions with customers. Sometimes you just need to keep quiet and listen to the customer. Other times you need to solicit feedback and understand where your business can do better. Your business exists to serve your customer. It's up to you to continuously add value, to care for them, and to listen to their concerns. Remember, your customers vote with their time, their attention, and their wallets.
