A good starting point is to use the Learning Plan Worksheet that's included in the downloadable files for this course. If you've already used the worksheet to identify your goals, you can go back and create an action plan to implement what you've learned. If you haven't yet identified some specific learning goals, now is a great time to reflect on the concepts we've covered and determine how you will use them to create a new onboarding program or revise a program you already have. Once you've implemented some of these ideas, it's a good idea to run a pilot program with a small group of new hires. This will allow you to test your new onboarding program with a limited audience before you roll it out to your entire organization.
