- The next type of bad behavior by a boss is when they have favorites. Maybe you're a favorite, maybe you're not a favorite, but bosses who have favorites are basically unfair and that's bad. The first thing to think about is what's the real problem? Are they just an incompetent boss? Are they actually evil? Are they deliberately trying to make you unhappy?
