- Candidates know who they want to work for. Your job is to get them in the door. Let me show you how to schedule more interviews by directly marketing candidates to the companies they want to work for. It's a two step process. Start by asking every candidate where they most want to work and why. Get specifics and make a detailed list of the reasons. Then call the hiring manager for each company they mentioned.
