- We all know that no two job candidates are the same. Neither are companies. Some companies have built fully developed programs to recruit, onboard, and retain veteran employees. Others, maybe like you, are just getting started. After deciding to make your company veteran-friendly, your next step is to build the processes and systems needed to grow your commitment to the post-military employee.
