- So you've done the work, you've launched your website, you've sold a few things, and now you're getting product reviews. It's really important to have product reviews on your website. Ask people what they think. Listen, learn, respond. We've been talking about that. But even making sure that they're giving you a star rating. But what happens if they're not good? What do you do? Or even worse, if it's an independent website, a product review website somewhere else. And I promise you, I've come across many a grumpy customer. It doesn't matter what we do, they're not gonna write something nice. In fact, they kind of pride themselves on it.
