I feel lighter. I feel I was really over analyzing, over thinking. The first opportunity I will say that I actually sat down to talk to somebody, having that conversation with him, just to get honest feedback from somebody that is completely removed from my experience, my walk of life and have him address the point.
That really was useful for me. - The act of leaving is not a retreat. The act of leaving is a gesture of defiance. - That was that other thing that really didn't allow for closure for me because I was looking outside for some other solution, I guess. - It was painful but you got through it and you became the person you are now. - The conversation also helped suffice the fact that I handled it the right way.
It's an accomplishment now rather than a failure. I look at it as an accomplishment now and I can actually use it as a tool in my current organization as a way to help others. I did address it. It's time to let go. That is big. That is very big.
