(upbeat music) - So the first week on the job at this healthcare startup that I worked at, they basically said, We're going to send you out, and we want you to figure out what products that we should build and bring to market. They had talked to different parts of hospitals and independent offices over the last few months, but they basically said, We don't know which of these ideas really holds water or if we're missing something completely. So for the first month, I was getting in my car every day, five days a week, and it was Ohio, it was 90 degrees, maybe even hotter, and going to 20 different offices to try and talk to anyone I could on that staff. There is just no replacement from actually talking to your users, your potential customers. And we got a ton of really, really valuable insight from them. We had this Google form that we had all of our ideas ranked on that form. So after every conversation, we'd get in our car, get on our phone, and we would rate each idea. Did that…
