(upbeat music) - Hi, I'm Jan Rutherford, founder of Self-Reliant Leadership. One of the things that we do in addition to building leaders and teams is we have the opportunity to run expeditions all over the world. We call 'em crucibles, and we get executives that are in need of a digital detox and a transformation and needing to step back, along with special operations veterans who are transitioning out, and we call these special operations soldiers warriors and diplomats. They're not just about the violence that comes with the military, but these are people that have been trained to go into villages all over the world and win hearts and minds, with great skills that they can bring to the business world. So we get these two people, these two groups of people out into the wilderness where the executives are very uncomfortable and the special operations folks are very comfortable, but they're scared to death about the business world, because it's a big unknown. And we get 'em out there…
