It's okay to ask the leader of the meeting for an agenda, a finish time, or changes from the last meeting. In addition, feel free to suggest that more or less information is presented. You can lobby the leader before or after the meeting.

Even the leader of the meeting is probably thinking it.…So it's your life that's being wasted.…Give it a go and speak up.…But it's important to do it diplomatically.…And here are some suggestions for how you could do that.…For a start, you can ask for an agenda…if there isn't one.…Just say, "Is there an agenda so I can…"prepare for the meeting on Monday?"…
