(calm music) - Before I take you through a little guided mediation, I wanted to tell you how much meditation has meant in my life. It has really been the keystone hobby for me to make my life more graceful, easier, and actually, more fun. When I meditate, for me, it's become a place of where I deeply connect with myself even if it is five minutes, and in that place, I make sure that I connect with my heart. Because a heartfelt way of meditating, even for a minute, can shift your whole energy for the day. So often, people say to me "but, Agapi, it's so hard to meditate. I started to meditate and it's boring." And I often say to people "don't look at it like a chore. Look at it like a time where you get to really connect with you and to connect with your happiness, wherever you find that. It's connecting with a place that is bigger than you, that is not your thoughts. It's not your feelings. It is your higher power and whatever that is for you."
