Let's think about the first part, the pause.…This is really a period of indulgence.…Let's say no more than two to three days.…Now during this short span of time…I want you to concentrate on two things.…First I want you to reflect back on the previous year or two…and think about the major decisions, projects, and behaviors…that you engaged that unnecessarily contributed…to high stress and or health issues.…Try and be specific and definitely take a few written notes.…
