- Building it and thinking they are gonna come is not the answer. I see that time and time again. People coming on set, they're pitching their fabulous idea, they've built their product now they think people are just gonna flock to it and buy it. It's not the way it works. In fact, building it and they might come could be your downfall. So yes, we know you need to produce minimal viable product. You need to have strategies for growing your business. And that's about revenue. It's about finding customers. And finding these customers, there's really only three sorts of customers.
