- I mentioned the physical side of our beings when I was talking about Maslow's Theory, in a separate video. And I think it's important enough to deserve its own video as well. So we're just going to spend a few minutes now, thinking about how you could increase the happiness that you get from physical things in the world around you. For example, I'll start with chocolate. Closely followed by wine. Aren't they just the quickest route to happiness? Obviously, you don't want to overdo them, but a little bit of chocolate when you sit down in the evening, why not? That's got to increase your overall life happiness score, I reckon. Another one which is free and doesn't do you any harm, in moderation anyway, is warm sunshine. Not burning hot, of course, but depending on which country you're in, it might be in the early morning or the late evening. In England, it's the middle of the day, about one day in a 100, but anyway, just sitting out in the warm sun, maybe with a paper to read, maybe…
