- Working remotely can be very liberating. It's also true that for many people, being alone all the time gets old and can even cause a feeling of isolation. Without normal amounts of human interaction, you can feel oddly unfocused and uncertain. You can lose motivation and you might struggle more to make daily decisions. That can happen but it doesn't have to be that way. I'd like to share with you four completely essential tactics that will help you feel connected, focused, and part of the team. The first, and by far the most important, is actively ensuring that you're team creates ways to connect in person on a regular basis.
