So when you're in an industry…that has people from different time zones,…for instance, I'm in the United States…and I'm working with people in China,…I'm going to need to have a schedule,…but a schedule that balances their needs…with my needs.…What I don't want to do is leave myself…available 24/7 which is the tendency…for many people in that kind of a situation.…In other words, have different windows of time.…So rather than being 24/7,…maybe you have a window that's 2 PM to 6 PM,…and then another one that's 10 PM to 1 AM.…
In other words,…you take a break in your schedule…to spend time on personal things,…but you're also making yourself available…for people in different time zones.…That's a great way to maintain balance…even in that situation.…
