So the question becomes, how do you keep a positive attitude when things are not going your way? If you are out too late the night before and you're tired. When you have upset customers. Your co-worker didn't show up for their shift and you're busy. What do you do? Here are three easy strategies that you can implement today to create and keep a positive attitude. One, start your morning or afternoon with five to 10 minutes for yourself. Find a quiet place at your house, in a park or even in your car. Take a moment in gratitude. Because when you're being thankful for the things or people you have in your life it puts you in a positive state of mind. Two, before your shift move your body in some way.
