- I wanted to share with you a meditation that I often do with myself or my friends that really calms you down, and I call it the waves of calm. You know how sometimes we have situations around us that really stress us when we're about to do something, and you know when your kids are about to take a stressful test, and you're more stressed than they are and the whole home feels like a big stress machine. This is the time to take a few moments, and I promise you this is so powerful if you would just take a moment to do it and it can change your whole energy and the energy of the people around you. So find a comfortable place that you won't be interrupted for a few minutes, and sit quietly, find a chair or on your bed, anywhere you want, but close the door, close your eyes, and first of all start relaxing your breath.
