(light peaceful music) - [Instructor] I would like to offer you a guided meditation on connecting to your portable paradise. A place simply of peace, calm, relaxation, openness and joy. A place that you can come and visit anytime you want. And a place that you can have with you, every day in your life. And you can walk in it, with it, and know that it's accessible at your fingertips, and in your heart. Find yourself a comfortable position, where you won't be disturbed for a little while. Allow yourself to close your eyes. Relax, and attune yourself to your breath. Start observing the rising, and the falling of your breath. Slowing down your breath, and exhaling. The rising, and the falling of your breath. Allowing yourself to realize that you're being breathed. Nothing to do, but just receiving your breath. And start to experience yourself very, very quiet. And very, very still. A point of stillness inside, where thoughts don't matter. Feelings don't matter. A state of beingness. And…
