Get rid of your worries
- Your happiness is certainly going to be reduced by any worries that you have lurking there at the back of your mind. I think I might be a bit unusual, because I tend to have either none, or at the most, only one, because I don't let my worries proliferate, and when something is worrying me, I can feel whatever it is pulling me down. It's there all the time throughout the day, just holding me back from being happy. Once I notice it, I then decide to do something about it, until I'm worry free again, but I think I'm lucky only having one worry at a time, and sometimes none. I think many people have a whole list of them all at once, and it's never ending. If that's you, then something must be done. To start with, make a list of all of your worries. There's something very therapeutic about writing things down, because it gives you permission to get them out of your brain, and that takes them further away from you, where they are easier to work on, and kill off.
