Learning how to sell or convert prospects into customers is arguably a very deep subject. It's something that may take many years to learn and to master. However, in this video, my goal is to simplify the process as much as possible. I want to give you a basic framework, where you can begin to create your sale system. The idea is to start at this point and then build around it, create something that is the best fit for your business. So this simple process has three steps, explore, present and action. Let's start with explore. What I mean by this, is that we're going to explore with the prospect what their needs are. We want to ask lots of questions. As many questions as are reasonable and it's important for you to listen as much as possible. The best sales executives I've ever met are people who speak far less than they listen.
