As a business owner, you provide that opportunity for people. You can help them see that they're growing by working in your business. I want to share with you four areas where you can provide growth opportunity for employees, which will be incredibly motivational for them. Number one is continuing education. This is an interesting area because many employees have gone to college, they've gone through the process of getting an higher education.
