- [Instructor] One of the biggest changes in leading a company in the 21st century is the amount of information available. The bad news is that you couldn't possibly know it all or even enough to go it alone. The good news is you don't have to. To succeed in the current economy, you need to have a strong network. And to be a successful leader, you need to be a network leader. A network leader is one who leads and manages by having a strong network of go-to people across a variety of disciplines. He also contributes regularly to his network. Being a network leader is one of the key elements to creating a culture of change.
