In this video I'm going to show you the process of how to create single-page systems. Systems are things you can use to delegate responsibilities to other people so that you get consistent performance. The idea with this single-page system is to keep things simple. We're not going to document every last detail. But, instead, create an outline for training and to help people remember how to do things. We've provided a worksheet, a template that you can use, and I'm going to walk you through, step by step, how to use that to create systems. First, in the upper left, you'll see the What section. This is where we define the end result. This section is actually the most important part of the system. Because, even if people don't follow step-by-step what to do, if they get that end result, then they were successful. So define as clearly as possible what the end result is.
