Either way, consider asking survey takers…to rate statements like,…how comfortable or uncomfortable would you feel…to talk to a coworker…who did or said something moderately inappropriate?…How comfortable or uncomfortable would you feel…to report harassment to your manager?…How positive or negative is your workplace?…I provided more details on these and other questions…in the exercise files.…When we do surveys with clients,…we always interview 10% of people chosen at random.…
