>> So are there any, common traits that you see in great leaders? >> there are and there aren't. Obviously, you have individuals, some extroverted some introverted, some who, who like to be hands on, some who, so there is individual You know, be yourself, but on the other hand there are certain things that, as time goes by, you start to see that these leaders who have been really effective, seem to have similar qualities. One is they're very comfortable in their skin. >>Mm-hm. >>They have, they are learning about being themselves, so whether it's a Jim Parker from Southwest Airlines, or Jack Welch. I mean, you go to a Jack Welch dinner, or you, you know, talk to Jack Welch. You get Jack Welch, I mean this is a not a guy posturing. >> Um-hmm. You know what I'm saying, he's going to slang at you if he wants to, you know, and, and he's going to tell you what he really thinks so, and I think he's always been that way, you know.
