Can you take responsibility and control your emotions?

- In this video, I want to talk to you about taking responsibility. The difference between adults and children is that adults take responsibility for what happens to them, for what they do, what they say, and even ideally, what they think. Children say things like, "We've run out of milk in the fridge," when they've just drunk it all, or, "I couldn't help it when I hit him. "He made me angry," or, "It's not my fault "none of my clothes were put away. "I'm just a naturally untidy person." Some of us take these things through into our adult lives, and feel that we can't do anything about them, but we can, so the first step, if anything is making you unhappy, is to realize that it's up to you and only you to do something about it.
