These are beliefs that are holding us back.…A belief that can move you forward are,…I believe I'm empowered to have a voice, to say something.…I believe that we can actually work faster,…we can work in days and weeks instead of months and years.…So one activity to do with your team is to go back…and just sit down with your team and say,…given these audacious, ambitious plans that we have…for digital transformation,…what are the beliefs that are holding us back?…Take some sticky notes and ask that just people…write them down and put them on the wall…
