I hope I have given you some useful techniques for applying your own makeup. Remember, makeup is an indispensable part of video production. It's important to use it, but it's also important not to use too much. There will come a time during the day when you will want to remove your makeup. That time will generally come earlier for men than it will for women. I know when I'm finished with an on-camera job, the first thing I want to do is get that makeup off of my face. So you may ask, is there anything special for removing video makeup, and you would have a good question. The simple answer is no. I usually don't use anything more than soap and water. If I remember to buy them, I will sometimes use a moist towelette first. Women, you probably have special creams, lotions, and wipes that are all part of your kit of beauty secrets.
