Overview of proposal parts
- What are the parts of an effective proposal from cover to cover? And what needs to be included in each? As with all the other elements of proposal writing there is not just one correct answer. Is it solicited or unsolicited? How long will it be? Is it internal or external? Have you worked with the client before? Is it formal or informal? Do you have flexibility, or is a standard format expected? Choosing the right format for a business proposal can be challenging. And what to include, where to include it, what layout and design to use. But your format can greatly affect how your reader responds to your proposal.
