You'll take that one target and ask yourself the questions:…What is the next step, when will it be done, and where is its home?…In my marathon example, I determined that the one-month target toward that goal…was to run four times a week for two weeks straight.…What is the next step to take this forward toward completion?…Well, perhaps getting some new running shoes could be the first step.…But, since I already have a pair, the next step would be to begin running.…
