And I'm glad you're here because, let's face it, those of us drawn to a class about procrastination, well we're the ones most likely to put it off. So, welcome. In this course we will explore what you put off most frequently, how and why you stall, and most importantly, strategies to overcome your procrastination habit.
Procrastinators feel a sense of panic that comes with putting things off a little too long, or sacrificing quality because of a time crunch. People who procrastinate may feel guilty and they're likely to experience more colds, stomachaches, stress, and insomnia than non-procrastinators. This is a habit worth kicking. So, let's get started overcoming procrastination.
