…Once you've set up your Box for Business account when you…go to the administrative counsel, you'll see a dashboard.…That provides some basic reporting.…Information that you might want to go check so…they make it easy for you to go see it.…Now bear in mind, I only have two managed users right now.…Because we haven't heard back from George, who's on vacation.…But this would let me see how many log ins there have been in…the past day the past week and the past month.…My top users based on log in my top users based on the amount of…storage they're using.…
And so, I can really quickly take a look and…see you know, if I'm surprised who's in the top five users.…That all of a sudden I'm seeing some changes in behaviors.…Some changes in usage.…Remember that if I want deeper reports, I can always click reports.…And create reports filtered on date and filtered on types of actions.…About usage, about files, user statistics, and security reports.…
And then, I can export those reports to Excel or I can run them and see them here.…
