- Most of the work that you'll do as an administrator is going to be done in the Admin Console. Click the Admin Console link here in the grey bar, and first you'll see an Account Overview page, the icon for that is this little house. Then Users and Groups, this is where you'll add users, this is also where you'll remove users. And finally we have Reports, that allow us to view information about how Box is being used in our organization. Now this isn't all there is to the Admin Console. If we click the gear and choose Business Settings, you'll see that we have even more information. We have Account & Billing information, Company & Branding information, Security, Content & Sharing, Notifications, User Settings, Apps, Mobile & Sync settings, and finally App Use Management. Now, this is Box for Business, so some of these links simply tell me that I should upgrade if I'd like more. For example, all I can set in Company & Branding is my Company name and a Custom URL, that's it. If I'd like…
